Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of CourseLap, operated by Fumi Enterprises LLC. By creating an account or using CourseLap you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

  • CourseLap is intended for athletic directors, coaches, support staff, student-athletes and parents at schools that use CourseLap
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use CourseLap
  • If you are under 18, you confirm that you have parental or guardian permission to use CourseLap

Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
  • You must provide accurate information when creating your account
  • You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of others without permission

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use CourseLap for any unlawful purpose
  • Upload false or misleading academic or athletic information
  • Attempt to access another user's account or data without permission
  • Reverse engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of CourseLap
  • Use CourseLap to harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Attempt to interfere with the security or functionality of CourseLap

Google Integration

  • When you connect Google Calendar or Google Classroom, you authorize CourseLap to access your data from those services as described in our Privacy Policy
  • You can revoke this access at any time from your Integrations page
  • CourseLap is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google

Data and Content

  • You retain ownership of any data you upload to CourseLap including course documents and schedule information
  • By uploading content you grant CourseLap a limited license to use that content to provide CourseLap
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content you provide

Intellectual Property

  • CourseLap, its logo, and all platform content are owned by Fumi Enterprises LLC
  • You may not use CourseLap's name, logo, or branding without written permission

Disclaimers

  • CourseLap is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind
  • We do not guarantee that CourseLap will be error-free or uninterrupted
  • Conflict detection is provided as a helpful tool and should not be solely relied upon for academic or athletic decisions

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fumi Enterprises LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of CourseLap.

Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms
  • You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@courselap.com

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of CourseLap after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
