BUILT FOR HIGH SCHOOL ATHLETIC DEPARTMENTS
CourseLap brings schedules, compliance, communication and rosters for every sport into one system, with a portal for every athletic director, coach and support staff member, student-athlete and parent, so your whole program stays on the same page.
A 30-minute walkthrough built around your athletic department.

WHY COURSELAP
A compliance app, a calendar, a group chat, a roster spreadsheet and a weekly email, replaced by one system.
Compliance, schedules, messages and rosters live together, so there's one place to check instead of five.
Send physicals and waivers in a click. Coaches, athletes and families sign from their phones, and you see who's done.
Athletes and staff join with a code, and parents are always free.

HOW IT WORKS
Send us your sports, teams and staff. We build your levels, codes and compliance documents, and train your staff live.
Staff join with your staff code and you approve them. Student-athletes join their team with a code. Parents are approved by your staff before they see anything.
Schedules, compliance and messages live in one system, and conflicts between sports and school are flagged before they become problems.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
A portal for every role: Athletic directors, coaches and staff, student-athletes and parents each get their own dashboard.
Scheduling: Classes, practices, games and travel on one calendar, with conflicts flagged.
Compliance & e-signatures: Physicals, waivers and certifications tracked from upload to signature.
Communication: Announcements to a team, a level or one athlete, plus direct messages with read receipts.
Roster & staff: Athletes join the right team and level with a code, and you set each staff member's role.
Calendar export: Send schedules to Apple Calendar, Outlook or any calendar app.
FIND YOUR ROLE

Run every sport from one place. See each team's roster, staff and compliance, approve parent and roster requests, and know what needs you before it turns into a problem.
See this role
Everything in one place, from first period to the final whistle: classes, assignments, exams, practices, games and travel on one calendar, plus team announcements and compliance documents to complete.
See this role
Take control of your team. Manage your roster, share the week's schedule with the right levels and message athletes directly, while your support staff has everything they need to take care of the athletes they work with.
See this role
Follow your child's season: see their schedule and coach contacts, and sign the compliance documents that need a parent. Access is approved by your school's staff.
See this roleSECURITY
Your program holds sensitive academic information about student-athletes. CourseLap's access model is built role by role, so every person sees exactly what their role requires, and nothing else.
Athletic directors see the whole program. Head coaches see their own team, staff assigned to a level like JV work only with that level, and support staff see only the teams they're assigned to.
Athletes see their own schedule and their team's updates, never another team's information. Parents see only their own child.
Staff join with your school's staff code and wait for your approval, parents are approved by your staff before they see anything, and removing someone ends their access right away.
Every request is checked at the database, not just on screen, and all data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
WHY WE BUILT THIS
CourseLap was built by a former Division I athlete who spent four years checking five different places for schedules, compliance, and messages, none of which talked to each other. It's the system he wished existed then, built for the people running programs now.
